PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form structure which achieves enhanced safety in transportation work and assembly work by reducing the number of component parts and making the component parts into component units, elimination of insufficient experience of workers and shortening of the assembly work by dispensing with fastening work by means of form ties and boring work into form panels, prevention of expanded cracking in a concrete wall by narrowing an interval of inducing joints, concealing of remaining plastic cone holes by the inducing joints, etc. and to provide a panel support member, a recessed corner panel support member, a projected corner panel support member, and a form construction method.;SOLUTION: The form structure has the form panels 2 arranged so as to be opposed to each other; the panel support members 3 erected on both sides of each of the form panels 2 to support the same; horizontal members 7 supported on the outside of the panel support members 3 across a predetermined interval from the form panel 2; and wedges 8 inserted into a gap between each horizontal member 7 and each form panel 2 to press and fix the form panel 2 to the panel support member 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
