PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollinosis information providing method and a system capable of providing an accurate pollinosis sideration condition. PSOLUTION: The pollinosis information providing system providing a user with information relating to pollinosis includes: an image analysis terminal 105 which determines whether each passerby wears a mask or not and generates pollinosis sideration information showing the pollinosis sideration condition on the basis of the determination resu and a server 107 which transmits pollinosis-relevant information including the pollinosis attack information generated by the image analysis terminal 105, to a terminal which the user uses.
