Immunochromatography of psilocin class by competitive method detection method and test kit

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunochromatography detection method for specifically detecting psilocin by a simple method with high sensitivity.;SOLUTION: A membrane carrier (3) is prepared and has a first catching part (31), formed by fixing a substance having the antigenic determinant of the psilocin to a specified position, in advance. Chromatographic development is performed on the mixed liquor of an antibody (I) to the psilocin and a sample to be tested in the membrane carrier toward the first catching part, and the psilocin contained in the sample to be tested is detected by competitive reaction to the antibody (I) of the substance immobilized to the first catching part and the psilocin contained in the sample to be tested. Preferably, the membrane carrier is equipped with a second catching part (32) formed, by immobilizing an antibody (II) to the antibody (I) at the downstream side of the chromatographic development at the first catching part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
