PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To learn shape of an image even in the case of a device having no decoding right and to increase speed of an image processing of ciphered image data when the image in an RGB a format is ciphered. SOLUTION: The image file is divided into the image data of each RGB channel and the image data of an α channel at an image dividing part 14. Then, ciphering is performed only for three channels of the RGB by an image ciphering means 16, the image data of the three ciphered channels and the αchannel are generated as one file at a file generating means 20 and the generated file is stored in an image server.
