It falls the distribution measuring device device (1) to underwater, it crosses the laser optical lighting direction of the laser luminous section (8) vis-a-vis the light absorbent territory of the light absorbent section (9), receives pulsed laser light and the fluorescence which the photoplankton gives out in the light absorbent section (9) it absorbs light, it measures the quantity of the photoplankton due to that receiving light intensity.
