PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lecturer personnel management system for a cram school used for determining the salary of a lecturer, in consideration of difficulty of a subject taught by the lecturer who carries out tutoring, the number of students, and sales results of the lecturer, and capable of properly carrying out evaluation of the lecturer.;SOLUTION: The lecturer personnel management system is provided with a headquarters DB 2 storing various types of data necessary for cram school management, a headquarters server 1 controlling input and output of data of the headquarters DB2, and a headquarters client 3 accessing to the headquarters server 1, acquiring necessary data from the headquarters DB2 to calculate a point salary of the lecturer, and acquiring a unit value of one point from appraisal-related data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
