A process for preparation of optimized thermoelectrical alloys on the basis of plumbum telluride of n-type lies in the fact that the basic substances are disposed in quartz vacuum vessel and placed into furnace, the temperature of which is higher than the fusion temperature of the basic substances. The vessel with basic substances is hold at this temperature to the obtaining of alloy, after that the vessel is cooled to room temperature, the obtained bars are broken to pieces and the pressing is realized. As the basic substances the high-purity plumbum, tellurium, plumbum diiodide and nickel are used.
