The capillary electrophoresis method involves carrying out separation by capillary electrophoresis using a macrocyclic antibiotic, particularly vancomycin as chiral selector in phosphate buffer of pH 6.0. A voltage separation of -20 kV at 15[deg] C and UV detection at 192 nm is applied.
