METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ASPHALT CONCRETE MADE FROM MIXTURE OF WASTE ASPHALT COMPOUND HEATED AT MID-TEMPERATURE AND NEW ASPHALT CONCRETE COMPOUND HEATED AT HIGH-TEMPERATURE, AND ASPHALT CONCRETE MADE BY THE METHOD
A manufacturing method of hot mixing type new asphalt concrete using a mid-temperature waste asphalt concrete compound is provided to secure the quality for high strength recycled asphalt concrete by preventing the lowering of durability caused by cracks by using emulsified asphalt and cement, to produce recycled asphalt concrete without additional facilities by using the existing recycled asphalt concrete production equipment as it is and using a simple quantitative pump for inputting emulsified asphalt, to heighten the quality of recycled asphalt concrete by heightening resistance against plastic deformation, separation, cracks, etc., and to recycle resources effectively. A manufacturing method of hot mixing type new asphalt concrete using a mid-temperature waste asphalt concrete compound comprises the steps of heating recycled aggregate crushed by KS(Korean standards) in an indirect heating type dryer or an indirect heating type mixer at 60~150°C and inputting 30~80 weight percent into a mixer, inputting 0.1~8 weight percent emulsified asphalt and mixing for 3~10 seconds, inputting 0.3~0.8 weight percent cement and mixing for 3~10 seconds, mixing 3~10 weight percent new asphalt heated at 130~180°C and 1~5 weight percent filler kept at a fixed temperature with 20~70 weight percent new aggregate heated at 160~220°C in a direct heating type dryer, and mixing for 30 seconds or longer to keep the compound at 130~180°C.
