A web-based monitoring module, a hardware system including the same, and a monitoring method thereof are provided to a user to monitor and control status information of hardware by contacting the internet without composing a preliminary server. An Ethernet port(180) is connected with an external user through the internet. An Ethernet transceiver(170) transmits input/output signals through the Ethernet port. A central processing unit(110) collects hardware status information from slave devices, and controls the slave devices, and outputs the hardware status information to the Ethernet transmitter. The central processing unit comprises a bus interface, an internal memory device(115), an Ethernet controller(117) and a controller(111).
