A system managing history information of the unit of packaged stock farm products and a method thereof are provided to minimize weight loss of partial meat supplied by displaying weight of individual partial meat to the unit of set weight indication and displaying weight of the overall package box. A system managing history information of the unit of packaged stock farm products comprises a processing plant server(230), a retail seller server(250), a POS terminal(260), and an electronic scale(270). The processing plant server(230) stores, displays, and prints weights of plural partial meat by the set weight indication unit, calculates a weight of overall meat packaged in a box, stores, displays and prints the calculated weight of overall meat, and transmits history information of the partial meats and the meat packaged in the box to a central server and the retail seller server(250). The retail seller server(250) receives the history information of the partial meats and the meat packaged in the box from the processing plant server(230) on the basis of purchase process of the partial meats or the meat packaged in the box. The POS terminal receives the history information on the partial meats or the meat packaged in the box from the retail seller server(250) in case of receiving a label output information request on the partial meats from the electronic scale(270). The electronic scale(270) measures the weights of the partial meats and outputs partial meat output information or packaged meat output information.
