FIELD: medicine, traumatology.;SUBSTANCE: plate is L-shaped with blade part for introduction into epicondyles and on-bone part. Plate has holes for screws located along axis. On-bone part of plate has two lateral wings with projections and arch grooves and three stiffening ribs, one of the latter being located in the middle in longitudinal direction. Said blade part has two wings with antimigrational projections and stiffening rib, the latter being continuation of the said stiffening rib of on-bone part located in the middle. Plate is made 2.0 mm thick and 8.0-16.0 mm wide from titanium alloy BT 1-0 of different sizes. Method consists in that skin cut is made, bone is exposed, reposition of bone fragments is carried out. After modelling, plate is placed, fixed with screws; wound is sutured, gypsum bandage is applied. Blade part of plate is introduced into epicondyles, plate curvature is formed corresponding to bone surface relief. Plate is fixed with spongioid screws. Gypsum bandage is applied for only 24 hours. Elbow joint training starts on the second day after operation.;EFFECT: preservation of functional activity of injured upper limb in case of humerus lower third fractures from early post-operation period, stable osteosynthesis and high resistance of bone fragments to displacement loading during whole post-operation period.;2 cl, 6 dwg
