1 Year Results Comparing Volar, Angle-stable Plate Osteosynthesis and Dorsal Plate Osteosynthesis in High-grade Intraarticular Fractures of the Distal Radius

摘要

Results after 1 year comparing volar and dorsal plate osteosynthesis for the fixation of high-grade fractures of the distal radius show a functionally significantly better outcome with volar implants. In regard to complications the volar implant shows less complications, which is statistically not significant.
