A double-row rolling bearing (DRRB) (11) set up on a wheel hub (2) has a separate bearing inner raceway (SBIR) (17) that protrudes on-axis with a front surface (24) over the end of the wheel hub's axle stub (18). The DRRB is pretensioned on-axis via the opposite surface of a turning knuckle's (5) joint (7) acting on the front surface (24) of the SBIR.
