The method involves supplying the gas inside multiple cells (88) through one of two end surfaces (861, 862) of a comb structure body (86). A condition e.g. pressure, of the cells is measured for estimating a closing condition of the cells at the two end surfaces of the comb structure body. Each end surface of the comb structure body is coated with a thermoplastic film (20), and multiple clearance holes are formed in the film, where the clearance holes correspond to end sections of the cells. Each end surface is closely contacted by a support unit.
