The device has a reflector (10) deflecting sunlight beam (40) on an object (50). The reflector is swivelable about an axle (20) for tracking based on an azimuth direction angle of sun (30) in course of a day. The axle is a component of an axle arrangement which is inclinable for adjusting based on a noon time level of the sun in course of a year. The axle arrangement is inclined such that the axle is alignable perpendicular to a sun's orbit plane. An independent claim is also included for a method for utilization of solar energy.
