The arrangement has a pipe unit (38) and a rear bumper absorber (20) running in a vehicle latitudinal direction, where the rear bumper absorber has a loading area (36), in which the pipe unit is arranged. A fastening part (14) has an end section that is fastened to a vehicle body, and another end section, to which the rear bumper absorber is fastened. A bumper cover (44) is provided at an outer side of the rear bumper absorber, and covers the rear bumper absorber, pipe unit and the fastening part, where the absorber is made of foam material.
