The device has a subcutaneous cuff (1) containing therapeutic solution (2) such as prostaglandin PGE 1. An infusing unit infuses the solution into the cavernous tissue of penis of a patient having erectile dysfunction in a discontinuous or continuous manner. A filling unit in an implantable chamber (3) is provided with a silicone septum (4) for auto sealing and for supplying the solution to the cuff by a catheter. The chamber is supplied with the solution by a needle. The chamber is made of epoxy, titanium or polysulphone, and the cuff is made of biocompatible and deformable elastic material.
