METHOD FOR PRODUCING SILICA NANOPARTICLE HAVING LAMINATED STRUCTURE, SILICA NANOPARTICLE HAVING LAMINATED STRUCTURE, AND LABELED REAGENT USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide silica nanoparticles having a laminated structure for improving the efficiency of incorporating a functional molecule such as a fluorescent dye molecule and a light-absorbing dye molecule to silica particles.;SOLUTION: A method for producing the silica nanoparticles having the laminated structure comprises: a step (a) of hydrolyzing a functional molecule-bound organo alkoxysilane compound in an aqueous ammonia-containing solvent together with tetraalkoxysilane and then subjecting the hydrolysate to polycondensation to prepare a functional molecule-containing silica particles; and a step (b), after the step (a), of allowing the aqueous ammonia-containing solvent in which the functional molecule-bound organo alkoxysilane compound remains to further contain tetraalkoxysilane to form a silica layer containing the functional molecule by hydrolysis and polycondensation on the surface of the silica particles to increase the content of the functional molecule per silica particle to be prepared.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
