PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally mold a block for the guiding of a visually handicapped person by changing each physical property or color tone of a flat surface-like body section 9 and a protuberance section 7 by injection-molding. PSOLUTION: A die for injection-molding is constituted of a design die 1, a protuberance section base die 5, and a flat surface-like body section base die 6. A rubber mixture in which carbon black is blended is filled in a protuberance section forming cavity 2 of the die for injection-molding, the rubber mixture is volcanized by a specified means, and the protuberance section 7 is molded. Then, the protuberance section base die 5 is removed, and the rubber mixture in which a rouge is blended is filled in a cavity 8 which forms the flat surface-like body section 9. The rubber mixture is volcanized by the specified means, and the flat surface-like body section 9, and the flat surface-like body section 9 is bonded to the protuberance section 7.
