PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser apparatus for patterning at a light guide plate of a back light unit capable of transmitting a large quantity of light by forming a pattern in such a way that the depth of the pattern is increased as the distance from a photometric source is increased. PSOLUTION: The laser apparatus comprises an output section 30 which emits laser beams according to the output signal, and forms a pattern at the light guide plate consisting of a plane of X-axis and Y-axis with the position of installation of a light source being an origin of Y-axis, a motion section 20 for moving the output section 30 according to the operational signal, and a control system 10 for controlling the output section 30 and the motion section 20. The motion control section 4 and an output control section 3 are mounted on one local bus 2 to perform the control on a real time basis.
