PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for raising the sensitivity of an enzyme immunoassay method, by increasing the intensity of electrochemical luminescence that uses enriched effect of an enzyme product to the surface of an electrode, and to provide a measuring kit used for the method, in the enzyme immunoassay method that uses the electrochemical luminescence phenomenon.;SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of: causing an antigen-antibody reaction, by mixing with a sample an enzyme labeled antibody which is bound with an antibody, with respect to a molecule to be measured in the sample and a labeling enzyme for producing a quaternary ammonium compound, having a thiol group which is caused by reaction with a substrate; then measuring the amount of electrochemical luminescence produced by electrochemical oxidation with the enzyme labeled antibody bounded with the molecule to be measured, or the enzyme activity of an enzyme-labeled antibody which is not bound with the molecule, and a metal complex in a quaternary ammonium compound obtained by the reaction with the labeling enzyme and the substrate; and quantitatively determining molecules in the sample.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
