PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To derive relevance between documents based on an action of a person concerning a good document.;SOLUTION: A document relevance specification means 404 generates document relevance information expressing relevance between a second document shown by the second number and a first document shown by the first number for each sequence of the two numbers showing order of the documents. The document relevance specification means 404 allocates the document relevance information expressing the relevance to the sequence of the two numbers when the relevance that the second document is prepared by a browser of the first document is satisfied. A relevance quantification means 405 calculates the relevance between the documents by a calculation method according to the relevance between the documents allocated to the sequence of the two numbers in each the sequence of the two numbers showing the order of the documents. The relevance quantification means 405 obtains the relevance by use of a geometric mean of an index related to reference of the two documents unless the documents has no relevance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
