PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glycated hemoglobin measuring cassette for use in a glycated hemoglobin measuring device, and a glicated hemoglobin measuring method using the cassette.;SOLUTION: The glycated hemoglobin measuring cassette has a first storage region for storing a first reagent, a second storage region for storing a second reagent, a reaction region in which a blood sample reacts with the first reagent, and a measuring region for measuring the amount of hemoglobin. The glicated hemoglobin measuring cassette is mounted to the glicated hemoglobin measuring device and rotated to move the blood sample, the first reagent, and the second reagent between the reaction region and the measuring region according to the rotating angle of the measuring cassette, thus measuring the total amount of hemoglobin and the amount of glicated hemoglobin automatically and computing the percentage of glycated hemoglobin. The reagents are injected through a separate reagent container to solve storage and distribution problems of the measuring cassette.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
