PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a project construction support program and a project construction support system which allow a project to be easily constructed by using a computer to more efficiently generate a new template when constructing a new project.;SOLUTION: A processing screen 40 comprising an Excel screen is displayed in a display part which a project management device comprising a personal computer has, and respective data contents of a plurality of Excel files 41, 42, 43 are pasted and displayed on the processing screen 40 in such a display mode that they can be processed on the basis of operations of an input mans. Respective data contents of the Excel files 41, 42, 43 are defined in a CSV file form easy to edit. Therefore, a new template can be easily generated for the Excel file 43 by using respective data contents of selected templates TempA and TempB defined for Excel files 41 and 42.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
