PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic material for electronic parts having lower resistivity, more stable and more excellent in workability than the conventional cases, e.g., in the case of being applied to liquid crystal displaying panels, various semiconductor devices, wiring boards, chip parts or the like and to provide electronic parts and electronic appliance using the same metallic material as for a metallic material for electronic parts, electronic parts, electronic appliance working method for the metallic material and electronic optical parts. ;SOLUTION: An alloy essentially consisting of Ag, containing, by weight, 0.1 to 3% Pd and containing elements such as Al by 0.1 to 3% in total is applied as the metallic material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
