PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify points cards among different shops, to prevent leakage of customer information, to improve the convenience to shops, and to reduce the burden on a server and a communication line.;SOLUTION: In a point processing apparatus 2, a point issue part F21 issues an ID code for points which specifies a transaction between a customer and a shop. The ID code for points can be made different from ID codes for points issued at the time of other transactions by adopting random numbers or the date of issue of points as the IC code for points. The ID code for points is stored in a storage device 23 in association with the number of issued points and is written in a mobile device 3 (point card).
