METHODS FOR INDUCING DIFFERENTIATION BETWEEN BONE MARROUS STROMAL CELLS AND SKELETAL MUSCULAR CELLS, BETWEEN BONE MARROUS STROMAL CELLS, AND BETWEEN MYBLASTUS AND CELLULAR CELLS. A method of inducing differentiation between a bone marrow stromal cell and a skeletal muscle cell effectively, simply and reproducibly, comprising the steps of: (a) adding one or more substances, selected from the group consisting of an AMP elevating operating agent cyclic, a cyclic AMP analog and a cell differentiation survival working factor, to a bone marrow stromal cell culture (note that the bone marrow stromal cell is not treated with a demethylating agent) and perform cultivation; (b) obtain a myoblast culture by introducing the Notch gene and / or a Notch signaling related gene into the cell obtained in step (a) and culturing (note that the cultivation does not include co-cultivation a cell into which a gene was introduced and a cell into which a gene was not introduced); and (c) adding a Notch ligand to the myoblast culture obtained in step (b) and culturing.
