This invention is based on Automated Gas Refill booking and Gas Delivery Confirmation using bar-coded DGCC book at any time in 24 Hours. It can book gas refill from anywhere in city or Area. This technique consists of software and hardware both. This technique is consisting of bar-coded DGCC book and a Terminal (Machine). The main procedure of booking gas refill is Consumer can book their Gas Refill directly by showing bar-coded DGCC book in front of the terminal and get the waiting list number and position right away. Bar-coded stocker is stick on consumer"s DGCC book provided by their Gas Distributor. The consumer"s master information to be printed on the bar-coded sticker is picked from the database of the Distributors package provided by the Company, which already exists at Distributor side. Individual communication is not essential between counter staff of the gas distributor and the consumer. Lucidity in entire process from booking of the gas to its Delivery. No influence or litigations between consumer and counter staff in dealer"s sale area. This process is only for authentic consumers who can book their refill if he satisfying all the circumstances as approved by the gas companies. No reaction Strike of mismanagement of gas supply. Delivery of the gas is possible against a valid booking only (delivery to unscheduled consumers is not possible). Difference between availability and supply is not occurring.
