PURPOSE: A cigarette mileage card terminal, a cigarette mileage system including the same, and a cigarette mileage giving method for refunding cigarette sale profits to cigarette consumers are provided to induce reduction of a smoker ratio by refunding a part of the cigarette sale profits to the smokers. CONSTITUTION: The cigarette mileage card terminals(200,450) respectively generate/transmit credit card inquiry information and cigarette sale information including cigarette buyer information through the network. A VAN(Value Added Network) server(250) receives/outputs the credit card inquiry information and the cigarette sale information to the different networks. A management server(350) extracts the cigarette buyer information from the cigarette sale information received from the VAN server, accumulates a point according to a cigarette sale price to a cigarette buying member, and transmits the corresponding cigarette buyer/point information to a public office server(400).
