PURPOSE: A disaster prevention system using digital radio communication is provided to perform rapidly an initial firefighting operation by forming a double alarm system with a relay including a display and an emergency bell and a signal processor including a display and an emergency bell. CONSTITUTION: A fire sensing unit outputs fire information including fire sensing information and fire sensor identification information. A relay receives the fire information, displays a fire area, and generates a fire alarm signal. A signal processing unit analyzes the fire information, displays the fire area, and generates the fire alarm signal. The signal processing unit includes a memory(31) for storing the fire sensor identification information, the fire sensing information, and relay identification information, a controller(33) including a fire occurrence detector(331) and a fire signal processing unit(335). An initial firefighting device driver(37) is used for driving an initial firefighting device according to a control signal.
