DEMONSTRATIVE TEACHING APPARATUS FOR STUDYING MONO-PHASED ASYNCHRONOUS MOTOR WITH SHIELDED POLES

The invention relates to a teaching apparatus for studying rotary magnetic field of an asynchronous motor with shielded poles. According to the invention, the apparatus consists of a stator of an asynchronous motor, with shielded poles (1), where the rotor was replaced by a transparent cylindrical recipient (2) wherein there is introduced a certain quantity of ferromagnetic powder (3), from a plastic magnet, mixed with a few granules of chalk, which, under the action of the rotary magnetic field, reproduce the image of the magnetic spectrum thereof. The stator is equipped with some shield spires (4), whose circuit may be closed or open, by means of some shortcircuit clips (5), thus creating various operating conditions for the motor to be tested. Inside the cylindrical recipient, above the stand active area, supplementarily lighted by two sources (6 and 6"), there is fastened a lens (8) which magnifies the examined image, for a detailed vizualization of the magnetic spectrum.
