TECHNIQUE FOR LAPAROSCOPIC PROGRAMMABLE SEQUESTRECTOMY IN TREATMENT OF PANCREONECROSIS

A technique for the laparoscopic programmable sequestrectomy in the treatment of pancreonecrosis comprises the removal of the necrotic tissues of pancreas and the adjacent fat with laparoscopic instruments installed retroperitoneally. The laparoscope and the manipulators for the retroperitoneal sequestrectomy are introduced via the draining canal in parallel to the draining tubes used as the guides under the minimal gas pressure of 10- Hg.
