TECHNIQUE FOR FIXATION OF COLON TO ANTERIOR WALL OF ABDOMINAL CAVITY IN SURGICAL LAPAROSCOPIC TREATMENT OF ILEUS OR COLONPERFORATION

摘要

A technique for fixation of colon to the anterior wall of the abdominal cavity in the surgical laparoscopic treatment of ileus or colon perforation consists in cutting the colon with the aid of sewing apparatus, injecting ferromagnetic fluid in multiple points in the colon wall, and exteriorization of the wall to the skin level. Finally, the magnetic ring is applied onto the edges of the exteriorized colon.
