A multichannel pulse analyzer used in a multichannel spectrometer includes a standard energy spectrum calibrator (130) for obtaining an energy calibration parameter of said multichannel spectrometer; an environment background spectrum calibrator (110) for obtaining a current and a previous environment background energy spectrum parameter;a peak drift detector (150) for determining whether a peak drift occurs between the current and previous environment background energy spectrum parameters after analyzing the current and the previous environment background energy spectrum parameters and determining a peak drift correction index; and a parameter corrector (160) for correcting an energy calibration parameter of said multichannel spectrometer by using said peak drift correction index. And a peak drift correction method for said multichannel spectrometer.
