The panel includes anchors (18) to attach a support structure to the panel on a flat surface (14), where the anchors protrudes from the flat surface (4). The holding elements are glued to the insulating panel. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an insulated wall made of concrete with a reinforced insulating element.
