An oligonucleotide, a microarray for diagnosing the Marek's disease, leukemia and sarcoma of hen, and its a diagnosing method using the microarray are provided to diagnose the Marek's disease, leukemia and sarcoma of hen rapidly and rightly. An oligonucleotide comprises any one base sequence represented by the sequence numbers 1 to 11. A microarray for diagnosing the Marek's disease, leukemia and sarcoma of hen is a microarray where Marek disease virus (MDV) serotype 1-3 and an oligonucleotide is fixed on a support, wherein the oligonucleotide can combine complementarily with the specific gene of hen leukemia/sarcoma virus (ALSV) subgroup A, B, C, D, E and J.
