A lifesaving apparatus for the marine rescue comprises two floats(10,10') in which a transverse bar(11) is formed at the top and bottom of outer surface, a plurality of transverse connection rods(20) which is placed between both lateral floats and connects floats, a plurality of hanging rods(30) fixed between the transverse connection rod and the transverse bar in the outer surface of the float, a lifesaving belt(40) having a fastener(41) movable-mounted on the hanging rod.
