A method for manufacturing supercritical nanostructure containing ceramide is provided to make big particle size of ceramide smaller in order to increase a skin absorption rate and to adjust a drug delivery rate by using a supercritical fluid of molecular association theory. A method for manufacturing supercritical nanostructure containing ceramide comprises the following steps of: spraying a mixed solution prepared by dissolving ceramide and biodegradable polymer in an organic solvent to a supercritical fluid in order to generate a ceramide and biodegradable polymer structure particle; and removing the organic solvent used by introducing the supercritical fluid to the particles. The particle with a size of 100nm or less can be obtained by setting specific processing conditions including temperature variation, pressure variation and flux variation of supercritical carbon dioxide.
