A chromium-free surface treatment composition having high chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and lubricating property, and a method for producing anti-fingerprint electrolytic galvanized steel sheet coated with the same is provided to obtain high corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, abrasion resistance, workability, solvent resistance, adhesion, anti-fingerprinting property, and anti-darkening property. A chromium-free surface treatment composition having high chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and lubricating property includes the resin composition of acrylic urethane resin: 40-70 weight%, ionic alkali oxide including two or more kinds among titanium, selenium, zirconium, aluminum, vanadium metal: 10-30 weight%, phosphoric acid/phosphate compound: 1-10 weight%, silicon dioxide on colloid or silica: 0.1-10 weight%, silane coupling agent or other coupling additive: 1-5 weight%, organic or inorganic slip agent: 1-5 weight%, water soluble isocyanate bridging agent: 1-3 weight%, and denaturation polyester wax: 0.1-1.0 weight%.
