A manufacturing apparatus of earth balls for ecological river creation is provided to obtain convenience in the manufacturing of the earth balls by injecting earth into a hopper of the apparatus such that the earth balls are automatically manufactured by the apparatus without needing additional manpower. A manufacturing apparatus of earth balls(1) for ecological river creation comprises a drive part including a rotary body(10) in which molding cups(11) are formed in an equal distance, and which is installed on a press and rotated as long as a distance between the molding cups, and a supporting plate(20) which has concave grooves(23) formed therein and supports bottom parts of the molding cups of the rotary body; an earth injection part including a hopper(30) fixed to one side of the frame and a supply plate(31) fixed to the bottom part of the hopper; an earth ball molding part including a lifting cylinder(44) and a molding punch(40) which is liftably installed, and in which concave grooves(43) are formed; an earth ball demolding part including a cylinder(51) and a pusher(50) liftably installed; and an earth ball discharge part including a discharge plate installed aslope underneath the pusher, and a collection tank(61) installed under the discharge plate.
