A manufacturing apparatus of earth balls for ecological river creation is provided to increase productivity of the earth balls by manufacturing the earth balls within a short time using a mechanical system. A manufacturing apparatus of earth balls for ecological river creation comprises: a hopper(10) installed on a frame; a pressing screw(20) rotated by a drive motor(21), installed in the horizontal direction, and communicated with the bottom part of the hopper; a discharge plate(30) which has a plurality of nozzles(31) formed thereon and is installed on the tip of the pressing screw; a cutter(40) installed on an upper end of the discharge plate and swung by driving a swing motor(41) to cut an earth dough discharged through the discharge plate; a transfer conveyor(50) rotated by a drive motor(51) and installed under the discharge plate; and a collection container(60) installed under the transfer conveyor to collect earth balls transferred by the transfer conveyor.
