A method for manufacturing a plum-pine needle mixing composition or a plum-pine bud mixing composition is provided to manufacture the jam by mixing the composition with sugar, grain syrup and oligosaccharide. The plum and sugar are mixed in the 1 : 1 weight ratio and then are aged for 3 to 6 months. The pine needles are pulverized(S21). The 70 weight % of the pulverized pine needles is injected into 30 weight % of water and is heated up to the boiling point to make the pine needle extract(S11). The 60 to 80 weight % of plum is mixed with 20 to 40 weight % of pine needles and the mixed result is heated up to the boiling point to make a plum-pine needle mixing composition.
