A method of comparing similarities of texts and a system of comparing similarities of texts are provided to quantify and supply inter-similarities to a user, thereby providing various information with regard to the inter-similarities of texts. A storage unit(140) stores the first text and the second text. A word phrase configuring unit(131) obtains all word phrases configuring the first text. The obtained word phrases are configured by word phrase groups. A searching unit(133) searches whether the word phrase group is included in the second text. A controller(150) controls the word phrase configuring unit and searching unit. The controller controls that a search result outputted from the searching unit is displayed on a display unit(120).
