FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery resuscitation and intensive therapy. Intracranial pressure (ICP) and systolic linear blood velocity (LBV syst.) are monitored continuously by transcranial ultrasonic dopplerography. Simultaneous increased ICP level 30 mm Hg and higher and LBV syst. 200 cm/sec show development of ischemic cerebral affection.;EFFECT: extended range of aids to predict development of ischemic cerebral affection following acute subarachnoid haemorrhage caused by arterial aneurysm rupture associated with intracranial hypertension syndrome in cerebral vasospasm.
