Oscillating motor comprises working chambers connected to channels (9x, 9y) running in the base surface wall (4a, 4b) of a housing via passages in base surface walls (2a, 2b) of an outer runner. The cylinder casing surface of the outer runner has an opening through which passes an inner runner (1) with its outer edge lying on the cylindrical inner wall of the housing. Preferred Features: The inner runner has two or three wings forming lower chambers which are connected together. Each wing of the inner runner lies with its outer edge on the cylindrical inner wall of the housing.
