The turbocharger has a turbine (1) with a turbine rotor (1.1) and a compressor (2). The turbine rotor and the compressor rotor are mounted on a compressor rotor (2.1) and a shaft (3) in a torque proof manner. A bearing unit is provided with two bearing bushes. The bearing bushes are locked against the rotation. The bearing bushes are supported with a radial play in bearing housing (6).
