The lightweight composite slab has an insulating layer made of plastic foam layer, where the insulating layer is stuck together at opposite outer sides with a fiber-reinforced cement slab. The insulating layer is an air chamber honeycomb structure. A laminate layer, made of glass-fiber reinforced plastic, is applied.
