Thermal solar energy usage optimizing method for building i.e. multi-storey buildings complex, involves obtaining optimized quantity of solar energy in form of heat, and placing heat accumulators either in buildings or beside buildings

The method involves placing thermal solar heat collectors (2) at a building (1) as flat-plate collectors or vacuum tube collectors. An optimized quantity of solar energy is obtained in the form of heat. The heat from the solar heat collectors is temporarily stored in optimized large heat accumulators (3.1, 3.2). The heat accumulators are placed either in the building or beside the building. The heat from the heat accumulators is obtained for production of hot water for heating the building and for production of cold water for cooling the building.
