The device has check valve (4) for unrestricted transfer of hydraulic oil from a storage chamber (3) to a high pressure chamber (2) during tensile stress of piston (1). The transfer of oil from the chamber (2) to the chamber (3) takes place in a throttle manner by a leakage gap during compression stress of piston. The gap in reform of recesses (5) is arranged in a piston head. The throttling is adjustable by an adjusting shim (6) i.e. clover sheet, with break-throughs i.e. oval-shaped holes, by rotation of shim relative to piston for adjusting different covers of recesses and break-throughs.
